From where do you operate?

We are based over at Spring Garden Road, Level 1 Courts Gordons, NCD 111

How do you get your stock?

We order our stock directly from the RMW Dealership in South Australia. Soul2urFeet has sole distribution rights to PNG an arrangement we are certified and licensed by RM Williams.

How do you ship the products?

Our freight is brought in through specific freight providers. We also have an arrangement with DHL as part of the SME program to ship items all over PNG securely. This cost is added on to the price of the goods purchased.

How long have you been operating?

We have been in operation since 2013

How often do you get new stock?

Once a month. But if there is something you do want that’s not on our website, please look on the official RM Williams website and we can order it in for you.

Stock availability is subject to the RM Williams Warehouse and manufacturing timelines. If your item is out of stock on the website, we can order it for you and notify you of the order timelines.

How long does it take for new stock to arrive?

Usually 3 weeks.

Can we make advanced payments?

Yes we do offer advanced payment via this website.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We have a strict returns and exchange policy. We will not accept returns if the items have been worn. We will accept an exchange for size and or an alternate item of the same value. We do not provide store credits.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?

ONLY If the item has not been worn or used.

To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

We ship all over Papua New Guinea and it takes up to 5 days. All is subject to flight schedules and our freight forwarders delivery timelines. Note we use DHL and TNT and we will provide an airway number for tracking purposes.

Where are your packages shipped from?

From our Shop here in Port Moresby

Do you ship packages internationally?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa/ Master Card, UPI and Amex. You can pay via our website, in store or through a direct bank transfer. Note we do not accept cash.

Do you offer lay-bys?

Only if you are a full time employee and if Standing order arrangements can be applied for direct deposit over a payment plan.

Do you offer loyalty points, reward points, gift certificates, etc.?

No we don’t have loyalty points but we do have a mailing list to notify our customers when new stock arrive.
