Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below. Soul 2 UR Feet may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to this site. Your continuous use of the site is considered your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use this site.

All content on the site, including descriptions of products, text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features and all other content, and all intellectual property rights contained in such content, including copyright, designs, trademark, or patents, (Content) is owned by Soul 2 UR Feet (or its licensors).

Soul 2 UR Feet is not responsible for the content or policies of Third Party Sites and you use such Third Party Sites at your own risk.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE SITE

Soul 2 UR Feet reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify, restrict, suspend or terminate access to, temporarily or permanently, the Site or any part with or without notice. You agree that Soul 2 UR Feet will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, restriction, suspension, or termination.

SECURED AREAS

Your use of any areas of the Site secured by a user name and password (Secured Areas), including purchases of products from the Site, is governed by these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for any actions that take place while using your account in a Secured Area. MAILINGS

By submitting your name, e-mail address, and any other personal information to Soul 2 UR Feet, you hereby grant Soul 2 UR Feet, subject to the Soul 2 UR Feet Privacy Policy, a royalty-free license to use and disclose this information, including using and disclosing such information in connection with periodic mailings to you about Soul 2 UR Feet products, services, and news (Mailings). The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to all such Mailings.

PRODUCT ORDERS

All purchase orders placed through the Site are subject to Soul 2 UR Feet’ acceptance. Soul 2 UR Feet may refuse to accept or may cancel any purchase, whether or not the purchase has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Soul 2 UR Feet will issue you a refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, Soul 2 UR Feet will, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, refund or exchange the purchase within 30 days of the date of your receipt of the delivery. Exchanges on incorrectly ordered goods will incur additional freighting costs.

In order to return your purchase, please follow the simple procedure below:

Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging and is in a resaleable condition.
Return the product, to:

Please mark the package or relevant paperwork with “Returning goods to country of origin – not required” in order to reduce unnecessary charges.

Soul 2 UR Feet will refund your credit card or provide a replacement if requested. Where a replacement is requested, your credit card will be charged for the additional freighting costs and any pricing differences.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

International orders – don’t worry about additional charges as all prices are inclusive of customs duties and taxes.

MADE TO ORDER BOOTS

Please note that any ‘made to order’ ‘MTO’ or ‘Special Order’  boots ordered from the Site that feature deviations from the footwear featured on the Site including differentiations in leathers, colours, heel height, toe shape and stitching etc will attract a surcharge of $50 – Please note that all made to order boots can take up to 8 weeks to be manufactured, exclusive of freight time.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT

We will advise by email if an item is out of stock, along with the expected delivery time. Please note that your order will only be delivered in full, when all products are available.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

Soul 2 UR Feet will charge your credit card in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK), based on today’s exchange rate. Your Credit Card company does the conversion to your currency on the day they process the transaction.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed on the Site usually take up to 5 working days to be delivered within Papua New Guinea. You agree that Soul 2 UR Feet is not responsible for any deliveries that take longer than these indicative timeframes.

FREIGHTING CHARGES

The product prices listed on the Site do not include freight. You will be advised of the freighting charge at the time of check out, prior to entering your payment details.

NO LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Soul 2 UR Feet is not responsible or liable for your use of the Content, the Site, or the materials and products available for purchase on the Site.

To the extent permitted by law, Soul 2 UR Feet excludes all warranties (express or implied) in connection with the Site, Content or materials and products available for purchase on the Site, including implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Soul 2 UR Feet does not warrant or represent any specific results from use of the Site, its Content, or the materials and products available for purchase on the Site.

Soul 2 UR Feet does not warrant or represent that the Site or its Content will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes the Site available are free of viruses or anything else harmful.

To the extent permitted by law, Soul 2 UR Feet does not warrant or represent that the Content is complete, correct, accurate, up to date, adequate, useful or reliable.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in Papua New Guinea. The courts of Papua New Guinea have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these Terms of Use. You submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.
